- It is my goal to stay active for the rest of my life. I recently moved to SC and am looking forward to getting out with others to explore the beauty surrounding us.
- What is the Longest Distance You Have Hiked in a Single Day?

From the bottom of the Grand Canyon (Phantom Ranch) back up to the South Rim. I think it is about 13 miles.
- What is Your Hiking Experience Level?

Daytrips. Beginner.

40+. (I run 3-4 miles 3 days a week, if that matters).
