So you're not interested in the 4-mile industrial strength Hour of Power? Well then, come on downtown and participate in "The Hour of Leisure-Thursday Edition", a 2-mile stroll in the fabulous Cayce Riverwalk. Another enthusiastic Hiker will lead the way as we walk and talk along a portion of the Cayce Greenway. Situated along the river, this asphalt-paved, smooth and level footpath offers a more relaxed alternative to a back-country trail hike without sacrificing any of the fellowship or social interaction. Meet new friends while enjoying the natural history and pleasant atmosphere of one of Columbia's premier outdoor attractions. This walk is for everyone, but mostly, it's for you! This hike is Dog and Kid friendly. Bring them with you. We will meetup at the Amphitheater restrooms, right across from the New Orleans Restaurant.

Directions:

For the Thursday walk, we will meeting in Cayce. From Downtown Columbia go over the Gervais Street bridge. When you cross, you will see New Orleans Restaurant on the left. We will walk the Cayce River Walk each Thursday.
