I prefer a short walk with a friend tomorrow. I will take bus no. 94 from Sai Kung at 11:00a.m. and walk from Tai Tan to Hoi Ha. Then eat over there, and have a swim at Hoi Ha beach. If you want to join me, I can be reached at 90391062.

Who attended?

    •  Today's long hike under extreme heat was tough...Consider this would be ranked as the longest hike of this summer..Under the soaring temperature and humidity, we were physically and mentally exhausted after 7 hours walk. Hwr, we enjoyed the peaceful scenery, picturesque villages, numerous spiders, as well as cobwebs...and the great company.
    •  Fabulous scenery, good and fairly easy route.
    •  Thank Even for the "wet towel"' tips, sweets, "white flower oil" and salt which I have added to my water. It was grilling HOT!
    •  Thank you Galia for leading the hike. Would have loved to do the whole hike, but cheese buns seemed to be my worst enemy today. Also, heartfelt thanks to Even and Li :)
    •  Thanks Galia for organizing this hike. I enjoyed myself immensely on Sat. Sure it was exhausting but the after-effects were overwhelming. I am now craving for more hikes.

Great mental and physical challenge. Now I can see where my limit is.This is a beautiful hike despite the intense heat.
    •  Awesome experience. Great to get out of the city and go for a walk. I probably picked up one of the longest walks to initiate myself and loved every minute of the challenge. I have blisters to prove it - note to myself to get some better shoes!
